CaixaForum - Barcelona

Entering the CaixaForum in Barcelona.
The building is beautiful itself - not only for art lovers.
It is free to get in so even if you are not very much into art
don't miss the art nouveau bulding.
Walking on the roof of CaixaForum.
The wavy roof and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya.
The Arts of Piranesi was on when I visited the CaixaForum in Barcelona. The exhibition was great but it was not very much for tourists - or people who doesn't speak Spanish or the Catalan language. The texts on the wall were only in these 2 languages. Texts can be confusing sometimes - or to academic so I took it as a great advantage and tried to discover the exhibition myself.
I quite liked the idea and  photographs of Gabriele Basilico who has visited and photographed the places Piranesi depicted in Vedute di Roma. The images next to each other allowed the viewer a bit of time travel.
